5f7891882e header : resize SVG réel via viewBox + --char-size sur width 
Ajout de viewBox="0 0 191 163" sur le SVG pour que width CSS
redimensionne vraiment le dessin. Passage de scale/--char-scale
à width/--char-size (191px → 80px min sur 250px de scroll).

7e327a3a1f header : animation de taille des personnages au scroll 
Taille des SVG dans le menu contrôlée par la variable CSS inline
--char-size, mise à jour au scroll dans resizeOnScroll.js.
Clampée entre la taille initiale (max, lue depuis l'inline style)
et CHAR_SIZE_MIN. CSS nettoyé : .characters dans le contexte nav.
