Feat: ancres URL par projet dans la page Portfolio

- Navigation scroll/clavier → history.replaceState('#slug')
- Clic sidebar → idem
- Chargement avec #slug dans l'URL → affiche le bon projet directement
- Quitter la slide Portfolio → efface le hash
