76add8b87f fix: modal-share liens de partage fonctionnels 
- URLs de partage réelles (intent/tweet, sharer, share-offsite, etc.)
- rawurlencode() + ->value() pour éviter la double-échappement HTML
- Mastodon via toot.kytta.dev
- URL copy-link dynamique via $page->url()
