refactor: rename investigation highlight fields

- Rename `superPinnedInvestigation` → `featuredInvestigation` (à la une, max 1)
- Rename `pinnedInvestigations` → stays `pinnedInvestigations` but now multiple
- Rename tab `highlightTab` → `starredTab`
- Update home.php to use new field names
